A gaming innovation organization, GiG, has inked two new contracts with operators in Spain and Portugal.
These agreements will see GiG’s subsidiary, Sportnco, collaborate with Caravel Entertainment Limited in Portugal, which manages the online casino brand Moosh, and an undisclosed online operator in Spain.
GiG acquired Sportnco in April for €51.3 million (£43.2 million/$56.7 million).
Caravel will utilize Sportnco’s sports wagering platform to fuel the Moosh.pt website.
“We are delighted to sign this agreement with Moosh, a new customer for GiG in the competitive and thrilling Portuguese market,” stated Sportnco Managing Director, Hervé Schlosser. “Moosh.pt has ambitious plans in Portugal, and we are in an excellent position to aid their growth.”
Moosh.pt CEO Martin Bentzon expressed that the deal will enable the operator to enhance its sports betting offerings.
“We searched for an extended period for the ideal partner, and we discovered it in GiG, a sports betting and platform provider,” Bentzon remarked.
Their Sportnco division is renowned for its top-notch sports wagering choices, making this collaboration a valuable addition to our operations. We are confident our patrons will appreciate the enhanced and upgraded sports betting experience upon its activation.
GiG will assist the anonymous entity in expanding its online gaming enterprise in Spain, scheduled to commence at the close of 2022. The entity presently operates 27 gaming venues as part of its physical operations and will become GiG’s 13th collaborator in Spain.
Both accords will initially endure for a period of three years. The Portuguese agreement can be extended, while the Spanish agreement can be prolonged for an additional year.
“We are thrilled to partner with this new customer to aid them in transitioning their existing physical brand into the realm of online gaming,” stated Schlotter.
“This recent agreement aligns perfectly with our strategy to concentrate on rapidly developing regulated markets and disseminate our expertise to numerous clients within each market.”
