Aruze Gaming Worldwide recently designated sector expert, Betty Zhao, as their latest Senior Vice President of Global Activities.

Zhao contributes substantial expertise to Aruze, having functioned as Chief Operating Officer of LT Game since 2007. Throughout her tenure there, she was crucial in propelling the company’s strategic roadmap and operations, ultimately guiding LT Game to become a leading gaming apparatus provider in Macau.

“We are delighted to greet Betty to the Aruze team,” remarked Kelcey Allison, Worldwide Chief Operating Officer of Aruze. “Her remarkable history and guidance will be indispensable as we implement our international expansion plan.”

Zhao mirrored the feeling, expressing, “I am eager to engage with Aruze during a period of immense potential in the gaming sector. I anticipate contributing to the company’s ongoing worldwide achievements.”

This designation follows some notable transitions for Aruze. In July 2023, Play Synergy, a branch of Imperial Pacific, procured Aruze Gaming Americas’ slot machine enterprise, encompassing both their physical and digital operations. This succeeded a phase of financial reorganization for Aruze, which had submitted for bankruptcy protection earlier in the year.

The head of Aruze, Hiroki Okada, feels the firm requires a significant shift to maintain its edge, particularly in the present financial landscape. This reorganization represents a substantial action for the organization, but Okada views it as vital for Aruze’s prosperous future.

On a positive note, Aruze Gaming secured an agreement with BetMGM in the first month of 2023. This collaboration will introduce four fresh Aruze slot titles on BetMGM’s system in New Jersey, marking a significant victory for the company.
